Refunds & Cancellations Policy

The Jellybean Gym complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Missed Classes & Make-Ups

• Families are entitled to attend up to two make-up classes per term, held on designated make-up days.

• Make-up sessions must be booked through the Class Manager portal under “Term 4 – Make-Up Lessons.”

• Make-ups are not available in regular weekly classes to preserve small group sizes.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made in writing to hello@thejellybeangym.com.au.

• Refunds are not provided for change of mind, but credit may be offered for genuine medical or exceptional circumstances.

Refunds

Refunds will be provided if:

• The Jellybean Gym cancels a class and no alternative is offered, or

• Required under the Australian Consumer Law.
